The Island Chef is the Charleston area's premier personal chef service, offering customized catering for private parties and intimate events. Chef Chad Glasscock and his expert staff host intimate events at an array of venues, including private homes, clubs, boats, outdoor spaces and reception halls. The Island Chef handles all culinary aspects of the event, including menu planning, event design, on-site preparation, wine pairing and service staffing.
