  • Restaurant Eugene is recognized as one of the South’s top dining destinations. Linton and Gina Hopkins, Chef and Sommelier, opened Restaurant Eugene in the spring of 2004 to national acclaim. His menu emphasizes the best in sustainable and organic produce, meats and dairy from small local farms and changes daily based on the finest ingredients available. In the spring of 2008 Chef Hopkins was nominated for the prestigious James Beard Award for Best Chef Southeast.
