  • Most Important!

At any Food + Wine event, we must strike a balance between the number of participants and the availability of food/space at the venue. To help ensure the best customer experience for our ticket holders, we request that volunteers observe the “Family Hold Back” system – volunteers eat last, sit last and stay late to clean up. For events that sell out, volunteers may not have the opportunity to participate as guests at the end of their shift. Volunteers are the key to our success and we appreciate your partnership to ensure customer satisfaction. With that being said, if there is an event that you are very excited about attending, we ask that you go ahead and purchase a ticket for that event to fully experience it in case the volunteers for that event are filled. Many of the events sell out quickly and we do not want you to miss your opportunity to be part of it. Please remember that there is a difference between being a volunteer for an event and being an attendee at the event!
